The Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document forms part of Worcester City's Local Development Framework (LDF). The document sets out guidance to be used when deciding planning applications for a change of use to Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
The Council adopted the Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document on 16 September 2014.
