Administration of meetings of Worcester City Council’s Boards, Committees, Sub-Committees, Panels and full Council meetings as well as providing direct support to councillors.

Source of data

In relation to licensing matters we receive your personal information from Worcestershire Regulatory Services. We may also receive your information from other Borough/County/District Councils.

  • Audio recording of meetings
  • DVLA information

Information required as part of elected members’ Disclosable Pecuniary Interests (and that of their spouse, civil partner, or somebody with whom they are living as a husband or wife or civil partner) including:

  • Payments,
  • Securities,
  • Contracts with the local authority,
  • Land in which they have a beneficial interest,
  • Licences to occupy land,
  • Tenancies.

We will only keep your information for the minimum period necessary. The information outlined in this privacy notice will be kept in accordance with our retention schedule. All information will be held securely and destroyed under confidential conditions.
