Festive cheer at Mayor’s charity Christmas concert

Christmas carols and readings will provide festive cheer when Mayor of Worcester Cllr Louis Stephen hosts a charity concert in the city's historic Guildhall.

The event will be held on Wednesday December 13 at 7.30pm with music provided by The Elgar Chorale conducted by Piers Maxim.

All proceeds will go to the mayor's charity, which is Age UK (Worcester and Malvern Hills).

Tickets are £12 for adults (including a glass of wine or soft drink) and free for children.

Mayor of Worcester, Cllr Louis Stephen, said: "I'm very much looking forward to this concert which will be performed by the excellent Elgar Chorale – it promises to be the perfect way to get in festive mood – and it's all for an excellent cause too!"
